I studied computer science, not English. I still can’t find a job.

I often have discussions with parents and students about the value of a liberal arts education versus a more vocational experience (i.e. an intensive BFA or a conservatory education). This article, although addressing tech jobs, has many great points I think all parents and students should consider. There is no perfect answer for to this question, but this author brings up some very good points that are seldom talked about. Which is more important a terminal degree or job experience? I would be very interested in hearing your comments.
