First of all, THIS IS THE 100th POST! As I am writing this, my stats counter says there have been 709,117 pageviews since I August of 2011. I am very thankful to all of you who have supported this blog, shared it with your students and friends, and have introduced yourselves when you have seen me at conferences and events.
